Aaron is the Founder & CEO of Gusto Collective, a firm he founded as Asia’s leading Brand Technology group, in 2020.

The Collective is where tech-powered storytelling and cutting-edge Brandtech solutions converge. By seamlessly bridging the realms of Web2 and Web3, the Collective specializes in two key domains: crafting immersive narratives and providing advanced tech-integrated offerings within the spheres of AR/XR, Web2 to Web3 activations, metahuman IPs and emerging AI solutions. With a global presence spanning 6 locations: Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, London, and Paris, Gusto Collective is at the forefront of next-generation consumer experiences.

Since 1983, Aaron Lau has been immersed in the advertising industry and has worked for a wealth of global agencies including Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong and New York. He became Chairman & CEO of DDB Asia and was appointed to the DDB Worldwide Board as Asia Pacific's only representative and member. In 2006, he set up his own boutique, Bravo Asia, to provide advertising services and develop an integrated services platform. In August 2012, Bravo Asia was acquired by Cheil Worldwide, a global marketing firm listed on the Korean Stock Exchange, and part of the Samsung Group in South Korea. Aaron was President, International and CEO, North America and led Cheil’s global business across 53 offices in 43 countries, outside of its home market of South Korea for over a decade.
