Dr. Adrian Paz, MD is a urologist and successful serial entrepreneur. He is the current co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Butterfly Medical Ltd, and serves as the Medical Director of UltraSurge Technologies, a company he previously founded. Dr. Paz also serves as the Head of Laparoscopic Surgery unit in the Urology Department at Barzilai Medical Center Hospitals, Ashkelon, Israel.
He co-founded Virtual Ports, Ltd. in 2006 and served as its Medical Advisor Director. Dr. Paz co-founded BioProtect Ltd. He has technical background and expertise. He founded IBI Israel Biomedical Innovations Ltd. in March 2004. He serves as Director of Endogun Medical Systems Ltd. He is Invited Lecturer at urology congresses and founder and director of several medical device companies in the field of Urology and Laparoscopy. Dr. Paz completed his Urology Residency in the Rabin Medical Centre in Petach Tikva. He held intensive specialty course in Clinicum Heilbrun, Germany's largest Laparoscopic Urology Centre.
