Andrew Tisch

Andrew H. Tisch joined us as a director in August 2001 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 2007 to June 2012. Since 1985, Mr. Tisch has been a director of Loews Corporation, and is Co-chairman of its board, Chairman of its executive committee and, since 1999, has been a member of its Office of the President. Mr. Tisch engages in numerous public service activities including, serving as Vice Chairman of Cornell University and as a trustee of the Brookings Institution. Mr. Tisch has also served as a director of CNA Financial Corporation since 2006, and as a director of Texas Gas Transmission, LLC and Boardwalk Pipelines, LLC since 2005.

Mr. Tisch previously served as a director of Bulova Corporation from 1979 to 2008 and as a director of Lord & Taylor from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Tisch holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Mr. Tisch was selected as a director because of his experience having served as president or chairman of various multinational companies over his career in addition to his membership on various boards of directors of public companies which allows him to provide the Board of Directors with leadership and a variety of perspectives on important strategic issues. The Board of Directors also benefits from his involvement in higher education and non-profit sectors.
