Baha Berse

Baha Berse is manager for Finance & Controlling and Fund Administration of RBVC. He is responsible for all fund- and direct investment-related financial affairs after closing and supports all investments from due diligence until exit whilst optimising commercial processes and tools.

He is the link between RBVC and Bosch’s corporate departments regarding financial, controlling, and administration matters. Prior to joining RBVC, Baha worked in various divisions of the Bosch Group (Automotive Electronics, Car Multimedia, Chassis System Brakes) worldwide gaining significant expertise in controlling (from sales, through projects, plant management, SAP implementation, to reporting and consolidation).

Baha holds a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm. (FH)) and business informatics with distinction (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsinf. (FH)) from the University of Applied Science Hanover (Germany). He is fluent in German, English, and Portuguese and has a basic knowledge of French, Turkish and Spanish.
