Beth Massa is an American expat who moved to Amsterdam in 2007. Before starting Ozarka, she worked for 20 collective years (rounding up) at Amazon.com and Microsoft. During her time at Microsoft, she became aware of the plastic pollution crisis and decided to do something about it. So in the classic entrepreneur trope, quit her corporate job and founded Ozarka. She co-habs (just made that up) on a houseboat with Ozarka's first follower, Michael Massa, their two cats and their one dog.
