Bob Gerberich

Mr. Gerberich joined Invuity as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in October 2012 and leads the commercial teams. He has over 22 years of management experience in launching innovative technologies in the medical device industry. He brings strong global sales and marketing leadership to Invuity.

Prior to Invuity, Mr. Gerberich was Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Field Development with Primcogent Solutions, the market leader in non-invasive Low-Level Laser Therapy. Prior to joining Primcogent, he held the position of President of UltraShape North America and Global Sales for UltraShape Ltd. (acquired by Syneron Medical), where he launched the first non-invasive focused ultrasound fat reduction and body sculpting technology where he managed distribution in over 50 countries.

Prior to UltraShape, Mr. Gerberich served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice President of Sales at Thermage Inc. (now Solta Medical). He was responsible for launching the first noninvasive tissue tightening technology and led the effort in building sales from zero to $50 million.

Prior to joining Thermage, he led the North American sales force at INAMED Aesthetics (now part of Allergan Medical) a market leader in breast augmentation and reconstruction and facial aesthetics.

Prior to INAMED, Mr. Gerberich was part of a core management team that launched LySonix Inc. (now Mentor Worldwide LLC), and its’ unique ultrasonic-assisted liposuction (UAL)technology. He also launched several new surgical devices with companies such as Leibinger (acquired by Stryker) and Solco Hospital Products Group (acquired by Davol Surgical). Mr. Gerberich holds a B.S. in Marketing from Illinois State University.
