Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov, but working with people, and in particular the selection of staff, has always been his passion. He became part of the Adecco team in 2013 and has extensive experience with various candidate profiles across diverse industries. Borislav is a Certified Personnel Selection, Evaluation and Development Specialist from SHL Hungary. And in the last 4 years, the focus has only been on the selection of IT and engineering staff. This gives him a complete view of the IT industry in Bulgaria and the relevant expertise in the selection of IT personnel. Thus, over the last 2 years, he has won the trust of some of the largest IT centers in Bulgaria, which fully entrust him with their mass selection.
