Brian Kane

As an experienced Operations Executive within the online advertising space, Brian has a particular talent for building companies that deliver scalable and differentiated services to digital publishers. As Co-founder and COO of Sourcepoint Brian aims to meet the expanding compensation challenges faced by premium publishers and provide them with content compensation alternatives that foster more open, balanced value exchanges with consumers.

Prior to co-founding Sourcepoint, Brian was COO of LiveRail, the ad tech platform acquired by Facebook, working with the executive team on go-to-market strategy, and leading the Technical Services, Human Resources, and Account Management teams. Brian was previously COO of ad optimisation platform Admeld, where he headed up Global Client Services and Human Resources. He was a pivotal contributor to the development of Admeld’s customer centric and employee focused culture – key drivers in the company’s subsequent acquisition by Google. Prior to Admeld he spent 9 years with DoubleClick/Google, where as an early employee, he held various executive roles and helped to build DoubleClick’s Client Services and Operations organization.

Brian studied at the University of Miami and the City University of New York-Brooklyn College, and is highly respected as a solutions-oriented and people-focused leader.
