Previously, Mr. King worked as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in the Consumer Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. King graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and International Business and holds an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
