Chrysanthe Gusis

Ms. Gussis is responsible for structuring tax equity funds and debt transactions with financial and other institutional investors for the deployment of residential and commercial solar assets. Prior to SolarCity, Ms. Gussis was a partner in the corporate real estate and finance practices at HellerEhrman LLP, where her practice extended to most aspects of corporate, real estate and finance including partnership/joint venture, fund formation, operating company investments, financing, and acquisition and sale. Previously, Ms. Gussis clerked for the Honorable William T. Moore, United States District Court for the Southern District in Savannah, Georgia. During the Clinton Administration, she was a law clerk in the White House, Office of Counsel to the President, and clerked at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (Housing/Fair Lending section), in Washington, D.C.
