Kent joined Trammell Crow after graduating with a business degree from The University of Texas in 1984. While at Crow, Kent served as a marketing principal from 1984 to 1989 and as a project partner of the industrial division from 1989 to 1992. In 1986 and 1987, Kent earned several Trammell Crow National Leasing Awards.
