Dan Tillwick

Mr. Tillwick has a track record of successfully leading the rapid scale-up of manufacturing and operations in private and public companies.

Mr. Tillwick comes to Solicore from Jabil Circuit, where he created a global strategy and built an international team that is today responsible for over $2 billion of electro-mechanical revenue. This involved ground-up infrastructure creation, including people, process and capacity.

Prior to his position at Jabil, he served as COO and General Manager of Tracewell Systems, where he implemented operational infrastructure to ensure on-time delivery and increased revenue by 35 percent.

While he was CEO and General Manager of Zimmer Packaging, he secured a 99 percent on-time delivery rate and also reduced cost of goods by 20 percent while fostering productivity, sales and service.

Mr. Tillwick holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from VPI &SU and an MBA from Drake University.
