David A. Cohen

David is the Co-Founder of Karlin Real Estate and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Karlin Asset Management, which he founded in 2005.

David has over 20 years of experience in principal investing, real estate, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. David held a variety of senior executive positions with Dole (NYSE) and Pacific Holdings, which is comprised of over 25 operating companies and had revenues of over $7 billion. He also served as a Principal in an alternative investment firm with assets of more than $16 billion (acquired by Blackrock).

David holds a Master's Degree in Finance with honors from Cambridge University and attended graduate school at Sydney University (Australia) as a Rotary Foundation Scholar, and holds a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Sciences summa cum laude from Boston University.
