David Chang

Dr. David Chang is the Director of Sales in the APAC region for Wilocity Ltd, an Israeli based company that is the leading developer of 60 GHz multi-gigabit wireless chipsets for the mobile computing, consumer electronics and peripheral markets.

Dr. Chang has extensive hands-on experience in the high tech industry, with expertise in strategic alliances, business development, sales and marketing, business operations and corporate investment. For the past decade he has worked to link Israeli core technology with Asian product design and manufacturing capability.

Before joining Wilocity, David worked for several other Israeli high tech companies in the role of sales operation and business development. David has also worked for several multination companies, including IBM and Motorola, with a specialty in the semiconductor and communication industry.

David holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and MS degrees of EE and Computer Science, both from Texas Tech University.
