David Lang

David Lang is chief financial officer (CFO) for United Launch Alliance (ULA). In this position, he provides leadership to the finance organization that provides comprehensive financial services to the ULA program office and enterprise customers. The finance organization is responsible for external reporting to ULA’s parent companies — The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation — as well as developing partnerships with external customers and service providers. Lang brings more than 30 years of business management experience to ULA. He began his career with McDonnell Douglas in 1979 and has held increasingly responsible financial leadership positions for businesses and programs. Before joining ULA, Lang served as the CFO for Boeing’s Integrated Logistics division, a part of Global Support & Services. His finance responsibilities included decision authority on proposal submittals, division investments, and cash flow management. He also was responsible for oversight and direction of the Integrated Logistics Finance team.
