David has pulled together a talented and experienced team of industry experts over the last two years to enable Chargemaster to create the worldwide benchmark for high technology charging equipment to meet the demands of low carbon motoring in the decades ahead. David was appointed by the UK government to be an advisor to the Department for Transport from 1995 until 2000 and holds numerous patents relating to advanced automotive infrastructure.
