Derrik Deyhimi currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Iconixx Software. Mr. Deyhimi has been in the compensation industry, helping companies incent their workforce to perform, since 1997. Mr. Deyhimi has built multiple successful and profitable technology software and services companies throughout his career. Mr. Deyhimi has led organizations as large as $100MM in revenues with over 600 employees worldwide. He has successfully stepped in and turned around financially troubled organizations and has successfully launched many start-ups.

Formerly, Mr. Deyhimi led Iconixx Corporation as its Chairman and CEO. In this capacity, Deyhimi brought strong leadership and vision to the organization and more than 20 years’ experience profitably growing both software and services companies. Under his leadership Iconixx was awarded the FastTech 50 award in both 2005 and 2007.
