Dominique Boies

Mr. Dominique Boies joined RONA in September 2011 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the corporation's financial orientation and oversees investor relations, accounting, financing, treasury, corporate development, information technology and legal affairs.

Before joining RONA, Mr. Boies was Senior Vice President of Investments, Corporate Debt and Investment Funds group at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec where for five years he occupied several functions within the Private Placements team. In addition, he was responsible for managing the Caisse's private investments global portfolio strategy.

Prior to joining the Caisse, Mr. Boies spent 11 years with the Royal Bank of Canada where he held several high-ranking positions, including Vice President of Strategic Planning and General Manager within the Capital Markets group.
