Doug MacIntyre

Doug MacIntyre is a retired information technology executive whose career has spanned the spectrum from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He has led businesses through formation, rapid growth, global expansion, public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.

Doug served on the top management team of Dun & Bradstreet Corp. and was CEO of D&B Software -- a global leader in enterprise software and services with 2000 employees serving 3000 business and government customers in 50 countries. As chairman, President, and CEO, he combined companies in the U.S. and Europe to create Firstwave Technologies, a publicly-traded internet applications pioneer. He guided internet start-up HomeCom Communications through rapid acceleration and public offering as chairman, and he led one of the fastest-growing private companies in America as president of Software 2000.

Doug established his information technology career over a decade with enterprise software pioneer Management Science America. At MSA, he rose from sales representative to Executive Vice President and helped the company grow from a private specialty firm into a public worldwide leader of the industry. Previously, he served in the U.S. Army as an infantry platoon leader, staff officer, and company commander.
