Ed Godin

Mr. Edward Godin, Ed was the Founder of Continental Precious Minerals, Inc. and served as its President from 1987 to May 31, 2013 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer and Secretary until May 31, 2013. Mr. Godin has also been involved as a senior executive for several other junior exploration and financial companies during the past 17 years. He has been the Chairman of BE Resources Inc. since July 2, 2007. He has been a Director of Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. since February 28, 2013. He served as a Director of Continental Precious Minerals, Inc. from April 28, 1987 to December 2012. Mr. Godin served as a Member of the management committee of Air Canada Pilots Pension Equity Plan for a period of 15 years, until 1995.
