Elena Zadnepranets

Since Joining Dragon Wealth in 2013, Elena Zadnepranets is responsible for creating main algorithms to derive, clean, and analyze data and produce through R and SQL modeling output that is the basis of the company’s solutions, as well as actively participating in UX design and sales.

Elena is interested in Data Science, Entrepreneurship, Consumer Behavior, and Innovation, and strong in solving data problems without much data, in applying ‘founder’ thinking being an employee, and in asking many questions. She has a lot of experience in building regression, clustering, classification, recommendation and various supportive algorithms in R.

Prior to joining Dragon Wealth, Elena was with MediaQuark, a media trading technology start-up, creating data solutions for DSP such as web-site quality index, safety index, and audience estimation. Before that, she spent two years with STATSIT, an award-winning marketing optimization and insights company, developing gender predicting model and Twitter influencer predicting model, and working on social media research projects. Elena also has 5 years start-up experience, founding two internet start-ups.
