Elizabeth leads Infusionsoft's consulting, support and customer satisfaction teams to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience for customers. Her background in product management and customer-driven innovation, as well as her experience as an entrepreneur and Infusionsoft customer, gives her a unique insight into what small businesses need to succeed.

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Elizabeth founded Growth Choice Enterprises, a growth consulting, coaching and training company. She oversaw new business initiatives at Intuit, where she served as director of product management, and spent several years as a senior associate at McKinsey & Company. Elizabeth has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from University of California, San Diego.
