Ellen DeSanctis

Ellen DeSanctis has more than 30 years of experience in technical, strategic and communications leadership within the oil and natural gas industry.

She provides overall guidance for ConocoPhillips' investor relations, communications, brand and charitable investment functions in support of the company's mission, vision, values and strategic objectives. DeSanctis and her group serve as an interface with the investment community and the media, engage with internal and external stakeholders, support the development of a compelling culture and foster ConocoPhillips' strong global reputation.

Before joining ConocoPhillips in 2012, DeSanctis served as senior vice president, Corporate Communications for Petrohawk Energy from 2010 to 2012. She worked in a senior strategy role for Rosetta Resources from 2008 to 2010, and as an independent consultant from 2006 to 2008. Previously, DeSanctis served as vice president, Strategy and Corporate Communications for Burlington Resources until its sale to ConocoPhillips in 2006.
