Co-author of several patents related to novelties in sensor networks, realtime-locating service, connected-car applications, he is the inventor and main advocate of a new breed of confidential permissionless consensus aiming to overcome the inefficiencies and unfairness of proof-of-work and proof-of-stake.

These novelties seat at the core of the Dusk Network, a decentralized privacy-oriented and blockchain based network that is scalable, functional and suitable to satisfy regulatory compliance requirements as well as the level of confidentiality needed by real world business applications.
