Emily Huang

Ms. Emily Huang joined Legend Capital in 2005 as a Senior Vice President and was later promoted to Executive Director. She currently serves as a Managing Director of the firm and focuses on investments in consumer goods companies and growth stage opportunities. She is a member of the Management Committee and Investment Committee.

Ms. Huang has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial sector of China mainland, Hong Kong and the U.S. Her experience in investment banking, securities asset management, private equity investment and hedge funds, has given her familiarity with various financial products and investment tools, and extensive contacts in the industry. She led LC’s investments in AutoNavi (Nasdaq: AMAP), Cub Digital, Peak Sports (1968.HK), Zhongkang Chemical, VISCAP, Wanhao Cartoon and New China Life Insurance (601336:SH).

Prior to Legend Capital, Ms. Huang worked in succession for Shanghai Wanguo Securities， Credit Lyonnais Securities, Shanghai International Asset Management and Exis Capital Management, etc.

Ms. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology, a master’s degree in Management Science from Fudan University, and an MBA’s degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
