Fabian uses his personal experience as an professional athlete & strategic consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to shape the future of performance food in Germany. Moreover, he lectures as a branding expert at the University of Applied Science Stralsund. Above all, he is a passionate kitesurfer and food nerd.
