Frank Marshall

Frank Marshall is a private investor and consultant to early stage high technology companies.

Marshall has held positions at a variety of companies throughout his career. He served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Covad Communications from November 2000 until July 2001. From July 1995 to October 1997, as was Vice President and General Manager, Core Products Business Unit of Cisco. From April 1992 to July 1995, Mr. Marshall was Vice President of Engineering for Cisco. He also served as a director of Juniper Networks, a network equipment company, from April 2004 to February 2007 and was chairman of the board of directors of NetScreen Technologies prior to its acquisition by Juniper Networks.
