Fraser completed his culinary management degree at Birmingham University, and went on to train in the pastry sections of Michelin starred restaurants in Cambridge (Midsummer House) and Bath (Bath Priory). In 2008 he moved to London and joined the 2 starred Michelin restaurant, The Square, where he worked as Head Pastry chef for almost 5 years. He went on to head the pastry department at the artisan bakery Balthazar, and began consulting for Pots & Co. Fraser joined Pots & Co as their full time Operations Director in February 2013.
