Frederic Knaudt

Frederic Knaudt is co-founder and CEO Germany of the food delivery service Picnic. He has a degree in Business Administration from the EBS University for Law and Wealth in Wiesbaden. He completed his Master of Science in France, China and the USA. After graduating, Ferderic gained initial experience in Germany and Brazil at various Rocket portfolio companies. In 2012 he founded the Kochzauber Food GmbH. Kochzauber is an online food subscription service. There, Frederic was responsible for marketing, IT and PR. Since 2015, cooking magic is an integral part of Lidl. Now Frederic is next to Arthur Oesterle and Manuel Stellmann head of Picnic Germany, a startup, which 2015 by Michiel Muller, Joris Beckers, Frederik Nieuwenhuys and Gerard Scheij was founded in the Netherlands. The special feature of the Picnic concept is that it is a supermarket that is only available online. At the K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE, Frederic Knaudt was a speaker on the main stage and talked about the startup's expansion on German soil.
