George I. Lazenby

Lazenby most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Emdeon and was a member of its board of directors since September 2008. Mr. Lazenby is currently a senior advisor for Emdeon’s majority investor, Blackstone Capital Partners, advising the firm on current and future healthcare technology and services investments.

Prior to this role, Lazenby served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of EBS Master since March 2007. Before that, Mr. Lazenby served as Executive Vice President — Provider Services of Emdeon Business Services from December 2003 to March 2007.

Mr. Lazenby is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
