Gill Haus

Gill Haus is the managing vice president of consumer bank engineering, retail, and direct bank at Capital One. Prior to Capital One, he was the CTO of paid services at AOL, a global digital media and technology company that offers video, mobile, and ad solutions. He also held several leadership roles at companies like BillMeLater, PayPal, and Taxi Magic.

At PayPal, Haus served as the director of development engineering and senior director of product development, job roles in which he oversaw large development and architecture teams working on electronic payment platforms in the world. At Taxi Magic, he was senior vice president of technology and was responsible for all aspects of technology, including product development, technology strategy, software architecture, and more.

Haus holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Maryland.
