Gregg Fine

Gregg Fine is the Chief Medical Officer of Syncopation Life Science. He is a board-certified hematologist/oncologist who brings extensive experience leading global clinical development organizations. Most recently Gregg was the Vice President of Clinical Development for Cell and Gene Therapy at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) where he oversaw the development of a portfolio of gene-edited TCR- and CAR-T cell products for patients with solid tumors. Prior to GSK, he was the Vice President and Head of Clinical Development at PACT Pharma, biotech founded to develop gene-edited TCR T cell therapies targeting neoantigens in patients with solid tumors.

He received his B.A. in mathematical economics from Colgate University and an M.D. from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospitals and fellowship in both hematology/oncology and clinical informatics at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
