Mr. Wolcott has an extensive background in Internet technology. Since 2004, he has been intimately involved in residential real estate as co-owner of the mortgage company Flex Funding and as an active real estate investor around Washington, D.C.
In 1991, Mr. Wolcott co-founded consumer software company AbleSoft and sold it to Microleague Multimedia in 1995. As a Senior Producer at Magnet Interactive, he produced Web sites for the largest FTD reseller, PC Flowers (www.pcflowers.com), Automatic Data Processing (www.adp.com) and American Greetings (www.americangreetings.com). In 1996, Mr. Wolcott founded Internet developer Rocketworks, who created consumer-oriented sites and technology for clients like Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Capital One and Black Entertainment Television, plus several well-received startups from the original “dot com†era. In 2001, Rocketworks was acquired by Veris Consulting, where Mr. Wolcott went on to serve as Managing Director.
