Hal Halladay

Hal Halladay currently serves as Chief People Officer at Infusionsoft and is a seasoned SaaS executive with a proven track record of building value in companies through people. As Chief People Officer, Hal scales Infusionsoft’s capacity to grow by developing leaders and creating operational excellence across the organization. He leads Infusionsoft’s people and operations functions. He creates and executes the strategies that enable high performance and that preserve and foster Infusionsoft’s award-winning workplace culture. Hal was co-founder and CEO of NorthSky, a website hosting company that was acquired by About.com and currently is operated by United Online as Freeservers. He also co-founded a business blog network that provides content to help small businesses.

Hal began his career as an investment banker working for Kidder Peabody (acquired by UBS/PaineWebber) where he provided financial advisory and capital for growth stage businesses. Hal has focused his career on developing leaders and helping employees become their best selves. With nearly three decades of experience in enabling and building high growth companies, Hal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Infusionsoft. Hal received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.A. in finance from the University of Utah. As a Father of four, he has spent most of his spare time coaching youth sports but also enjoys music, adventure cycling, snowboarding and surfing.
