Heather Rim is Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a premier, fully integrated infrastructure firm that designs, builds, finances and operates assets for governments, businesses and organizations in more than 150 countries.

In this role, Ms. Rim oversees all aspects of AECOM's global corporate communications, including corporate brand and reputation management, public and media relations, thought leadership programs, employee communications and engagement initiatives, crisis and issues management, and social media and digital communications. She also partners at the corporate level to advance strategic marketing, philanthropy, community relations, government relations and financial communications.

Prior to joining AECOM in 2015, Ms. Rim was Vice President, Global Corporate Communications, at Avery Dennison, a global leader in labeling and packaging materials and solutions. During her tenure, she led corporate communications initiatives in support of the company’s transformation to a more externally focused and sustainable enterprise. Her responsibilities spanned all facets of communications from reputation management to engagement of the company’s 25,000 employees. Previously, Ms. Rim held corporate communications, marketing and investor relations roles at companies including The Walt Disney Company, WellPoint Health Networks, Countrywide Financial Corporation and KPMG.
