She has worked in the cyber security industry for over 7 years, previously having led Human Capital teams at two rapid growth cyber security firms as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Chief Human Capital Officer.

She specializes in establishing and maturing high caliber Talent Acquisition programs, creating cultures of engagement, and building close-knit, highly effective teams. Hillary graduated from Sweet Briar College with a double major in Spanish for Business and Philosophy.
