Iain Murray

Iain Murray has been a member of Soitec since 1996, where he currently serves as the chief financial officer. As CFO, Murray oversees the company’s financial operations and has assisted in the execution of international industrial partnerships, an IPO and four follow on financial transactions.

Prior to joining Soitec, Murray qualified for his CPA with Deloitte & Co. in London and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has also held various financial management positions at multinational corporations, such as Abbott Labs, ITT, Grand Metropolitan and United Utilities.

Iain was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, UK, and holds a law degree from Christ’s College in Cambridge, England.
