Irena Blind

Irena is responsible for originating new investment opportunities.

Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Irena was an investment banker focusing on M&A and capital raising transactions in apparel and accessories, e-commerce, branded consumer goods, household goods, luxury goods, lifestyle and leisure, as well as direct marketing. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President at Raymond James and Vice President at Stephens Inc. Prior to Stephens, Irena worked at Industrial Renaissance, a middle market private equity fund focused on special situations, rolls ups, restructurings and operational improvement, primarily in apparel and consumer products. Previously, Irena was at Sanders Morris Harris Group, a middle market investment banking and asset management firm, providing corporate finance and transactional advisory services to retail and consumer companies. Irena started her career at CSFB / DLJ in 1999, focusing on retail and consumer and later technology industries. Irena graduated as a Regent Scholar from Walter A. Haas School of Business at University Of California at UC Berkeley, with a BS in business administration and a concentration in international business, finance and accounting.
