Jack Brouillard

Mr. Brouillard joined the Advance Auto Parts Board of Directors in May 2004. Mr. Brouillard was appointed Executive Chairman of the Board in November 2015 after serving as Chairman of the Board since January 2008. He served as Advance’s interim Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2007 until January 2008 in addition to serving as the Board’s Lead Director in 2007. Mr. Brouillard retired as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of H.E. Butt Grocery Company in June 2005, a position that he had held since February 1991. From 1977 to 1991, Mr. Brouillard held various positions with Hills Department Stores, including serving as the company’s president.
