Jack Hennessy

Mr. Hennessy is a Managing Director with Baring Private Equity Asia (“Baring Asia”), the largest regional growth private equity and real estate firm in Asia with over US$10 billion under management. The firm specializes in buyouts, growth equity and real estate investments targeting growing businesses with enterprise values between US$300 million and US$3 billion. He brings over 19 years investment experience in the private equity industry and is based in Baring Asia’s Singapore office. He serves on the boards of several of Baring Asia’s portfolio companies including Nord Anglia Education, St Georges University, Clarivate Analytics, Vistra Group, SAI Global, EduCo Global and Courts Asia.
