Jack Tsai

Jack Tsai, Partner, joins CID Group in 2012. He has been providing management consulting, leadership advisory and the recruitment of senior-level executives across multiple functional disciplines for both multinationals and emerging companies in Taiwan and Asia for more than 25 years. He was the Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Taipei office and has successfully recruited top-notch C-level executives for more than 30 multinational and local clients.

Previously, Jack was the Country Managing Partner with Accenture Taiwan. During his 14-year tenure at Accenture, he has built a high-performance team to grow business in the high-tech and communication industries in the Greater China region very successfully. Jack advised his Greater China clients on their strategic, operations, organizational, talent and leadership issues and also worked with clients to implement solutions accordingly. Jack has rich industry experience in Technology, Consumer Market, Life Science and Professional Services. Earlier in his career Jack was the chief consultant with AGS in the U.S.
