Jaco Oosthuizen

Jaco Oosthuizen is the co-founder of YuLife. Jaco began his career in the MMI group as an actuarial student and swiftly moved on to head up an actuarial valuations team within Momentum. Jaco then headed up the team that created and developed Momentum’s Multiply Wellness Programme which has grown to be the second largest wellness rewards programme in South Africa. Success of the Multiply programme depended a lot on collaborating effectively across business units within the group. With Jaco at the helm, Multiply graduated to the primary engagement platform used by MMI to connect with clients locally and internationally. Jaco’s passion goes beyond crunching numbers; he is most interested in addressing the trust deficit in the insurance industry through client engagement and uncovering meaningful insights.
