James Stoffel

James Stoffel is the Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Lead, Lunar Transportation, at Blue Origin. James C. Stoffel, 69, is a General Partner of Trillium International, a private equity company. He was an executive at Eastman Kodak Company, a film and digital imaging company, until April 2005, having served as Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer since 2000, and Director of Research and Development, after joining the firm in 1997 as Vice President, Director Electronic Imaging Products Research and Development. Prior to joining Kodak, he was with Xerox Corporation for more than 20 years, serving as Vice President of Corporate Research and Technology, Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Imaging Business Unit, Vice President and Chief Engineer, as well as other executive positions.

Dr. Stoffel has been a member of our Board since August 2003 and is a member of our Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility Committee and our Corporate Governance Committee.

Dr. Stoffel also is a director of Aviat Networks, Inc. (since 2007). He also serves on the President's Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame and is Chairman of the advisory board of Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong.
