James Ousley

James (known as Jim) joined the Board of Wireless Logic in February 2015 as Chairman. Jim is Senior Operating Partner of CVC Capital Partners Limited having joined the firm in 2014.

Previously, James was Chief Executive Officer at SAVVIS Inc. Between 2002 and 2004, James was Founder and CEO of Vytek Wireless Inc., which was acquired by Calamp, Inc.

From 1999 to 2001, James served as president and chairman of Syntegra (USA), a division of British Telecommunications plc. From 1991 to 1999, James was president and CEO of Control Data Systems (CDS), which was acquired by British Telecommunications in August 1999.James also served as the President of Enterprise Markets Group at CenturyLink Technology Solutions (formerly CenturyLink, Inc.)

From 1968 to 1991, James held various sales and executive management positions with Control Data Corporation. James also serves on the boards of directors for Actidentity Inc., Bell Microproducts Inc., and Savvis, Inc.

James has more than 40 years of global connected technology experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
