Javier Godó Muntañola was appointed to the Board of Directors of CaixaBank in 2005.

Javier Godó, Conde de Godó, belongs to a family traditionally linked with the newspaper industry. Born in Barcelona in 1941, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona.
