Vice President and CFO, iWatt Inc., a fabless power management IC company acquired in registration by Dialog Semiconductor in 2013. Vice President and CFO, Tranax Technologies Inc., a developer and supporter of retail and bank automated teller machines. Vice President of Finance, Operations and CFO for 3Dconnexion Inc. (a Logitech company), a manufacturer of human interface devices.

From 1998-2002 served as Vice President and CFO of Silicon Motion Inc., a fabless graphics IC company focused on mobile devices.

Prior to Silicon Motion, served in various financial management positions over the course of fifteen years at Quantum Corporation, a manufacturer of hard disk drives, including positions as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller. Over thirty years of experience in technology markets in both private and public companies.

B.S. degree in Commerce and Finance and an M.B.A. with honors from Santa Clara University. Also serves as a Board Advisor for ALearn, a non-profit organization committed to helping underrepresented students get to and succeed in college.
