Jin leads the development of electronics, software, and the system test and integration of RedShift’s TopTIR product line.
Prior to RedShift, Jin was the Principle Product Engineer at Block Engineering where he was a key member of the team that developed and delivered a family of Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) instruments for spectroscopic applications.
Jin holds a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University where he developed a miniature MEMS based adaptive optics systems for space and defense applications. He holds BS in Mechanical Engineering from Konkuk University.
