Joseph T. Lipowski, also known as Joe, serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Starry, Inc. Joseph Lipowski served as the Chief Technology Officer of Aereo, Inc. Joseph Lipowski served as the Director of RF Hardware Development of Wireless Networks Group at Lucent, where he developed RF Architectures, Power Amplifiers, Transceivers and Filters for Wireless Base Stations. There, he led a team of more than 90 Bell Labs design engineers and support staff, developing radio frequency power amplifiers and transceivers for base stations for CDMA, W-CDMA and TDMA systems. Prior to that, he held a series of increasingly responsible leadership roles with Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc., in San Diego and Boston, developing RF chipsets and subscriber terminals. He serves as a Member of Technical Advisory Team at HVVi Semiconductors, Inc. He holds an MSEE from the University of Michigan and a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
