John R. Alm

Mr. John R. Alm serves as President of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Mr. Alm served as President of Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. from January 2000 to January 1, 2006 and its Chief Executive Officer from January 1, 2004 to January 1, 2006 and also its Chief Operating Officer since October 1999. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Mr. Alm joined the Johnson Coca-Cola Bottling Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1980.

He held a number of senior management positions at Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc., ultimately being named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from April 1999 to October 1999; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 1997 to April 1999 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 1991 to October 1997.

Prior to his career in the beverage industry, Mr. Alm was a senior auditor for Price Waterhouse and a Director of corporate audit for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Mr. Alm has been a Director of URS Energy & Construction, Inc. since February 28, 2006. He has been a Director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since February 22, 2006. He served as a Director of Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc., from 2001 to January 1, 2006.

Mr. Alm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from State University of New York in Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
