Jonathan David Isler

As a Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Jonathan is responsible for all of the Firm’s accounting and tax functions and for the relationship with the Firm’s independent accountants and the Administrator of the Funds.

He also serves as a member of the Private Transactions team. Jonathan joined Deerfield in 2012 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked from 1994 to 2012. He was a Partner from 2007 to 2012 specializing in transaction and valuation services.

Jonathan holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
